Before founding LITLab, Lindsay spent eight years at Intuitive Surgical as a Senior Clinical Sales Representative training 35+ surgeons across seven specialties, driving 20% year-over-year growth in robotic procedures, and placing 12 da Vinci systems across major health systems. She launched five greenfield hospitals and pioneered the Midwest's first Robotic Center of Excellence.
Across fifteen years in MedTech, she watched the same gap emerge repeatedly: the technology was advancing faster than the infrastructure to support it. LITLab is the solution she built to close that gap.

Twenty years building, scaling, and managing physical asset businesses at institutional scale including $675M in commercial real estate investment sales and investor relations for a $3B AUM private firm. A serial entrepreneur - previously co-founded and built Dress for Success Twin Cities from the ground up.
